Mind & Spirit:- I've been very anxious lately with all the holidays, not worried and resentful, I love the holidays, I just don't want to forget something. I'm doing breathing exercises to offset the anxiety.

Spiritual:- The introvert tarot exercises have weaned down, I've lost interest for the moment. I'll stick with the "I am" meditations. Breathing in "I", breathing out "am".

Happy Spring
I love making Easter baskets for the kids. I like to give items that reflect spring to me like kites, jumps ropes, bubbles, flower seeds, sidewalk chalk... I also give books; they never go out of season. I put together 5 kick ass Easter baskets for my Scottie, Emma Lynn, Anicia, China and Ena. Snow & Dad
We finally have a little bit of snow, I have such an urge to go run and play in it. My Dad used to take us to Kensington Park to walk the woods to find deer and feed them carrots. Christmas Gifts
Christmas was good. My favorite gift was from my step mom Sylvia; she put together a "complete guide to natural healing" book series. I've seen them before but never took the time to put the books together. I have four books worth- she put so much work into it, it made me feel really special.
