Don't feel good today.  Slept about 9 hours last night and woke up feeling exhausted and heavy and foggy.  Cant' shake it, I feel nauseous and I feel like there's a ton of pressure in my head - not so much pain as simple pressure at the top of my skull. Wiped out for no reason.  Woke up to puffy face, puffy red eyes, burning painful joints, especially around my neck, shoulders and ribcage.  Got that nervous heart racey type feeling too - which doesn't compliment the "I want to go back to bed NOW" feeling, believe me.  Completely brain dead w/no patience.  Of course that means a day with 2 separate ( Read more... )

I'm noticing that my joint and body pain is WAYYYYYYYYY worse in the morning, and actually seems to lessen as the day goes on.  When flaring, it's far less noticable that there's any change, but in my day to day type pain, the mornings can be a 10, and by midafternoon the pain lessens, but then the "hit the  wall" syndrome comes on ( Read more... )

Fog.  Severe hand/joint pain.  Exhausted.  Can't think.  Headache.  Gotta be good for tomorrow, big day.  So sick of this, being careful did crap, truck still hits just as hard.  Had an appt w/therapist today, but because of meetings getting ready for tomorrow had to cancel.  Have to wait till August now.  Whatever.
