aiden's home now! albeit with some complications, the main one being he has to wear one of those doggie cone collars while his healing leg is bandaged. he *hates* it, mainly because he can't groom himself. i know, so odd for a dog, but he's very fastidious. but the collar is necessary. the downside? the bandage is staying on for a week.
*sigh*
i don't know if he'll adjust or be cranky for a week straight. if it's the latter, i'm going to be a bit grumpy for a week or so.
but, his healing leg is immobile, meaning he can walk around the house (with supervision). and he has an appetite. both very good things.
i'm exhausted. i have so much stress right now, mainly financial, that sleep isn't actually very regenerating. add 24/7 puppy care to that and you get... well, i dunno what you call it. but i don't like it.
i could really, really use a positive upswing, universe. of course aiden being ok is positive. but something just for me would be very helpful.
