I owe you guys an extra Sue the day after tommorow (in addition to the one I already owe you), since the Pit decided to be down when I was trying to do the Sue for the 24th. Well, actually the Sue would have technically been up on the 25th, but that's just because I'm bizarrely nocturnal so when my day ends it's actually morning the next day... or

Yeah, the adolescent girls vs. grown man/men angle really gets my agents mad in my next PPC chapter. This one Sue knocks out TWELVE guards and doesn't sport any injuries. Then she beats up a group of armed soldiers (her friend joins in), even though she isn't described as having a weapon.
Physical strength isn't all that's needed to win a duel, though. I think the Sue would be more at a disadvantage considering her reach (she's probably shorter) and her lack of experience. Personally, I'm a teenage girl who for some reason was born inordinately strong (that is, as strong as an average man), and I can attest to the fact that strength does not make a good fighter. That review was gorgeous. Right on target and beautifully to the point. I can just hear her saying it, too.

Mind you, I don't put it past Cap'n Jack to try it, if the girl's amenable. But not with Will and Elizabeth's daughter, for heaven's sake. Not only are they old friends whom he wouldn't want to offend, but he never even tried anything with Elizabeth, not really; he just pushes the boundaries of everyone's comfort level for the fun of watching them react. He wouldn't actually ruin the reputation of a noble girl unless she really wanted it ruined. And, again, he wouldn't touch Will and Elizabeth's kid.

(I am also ignoring the little but clear voice in my head telling me it won't make any more sense if I go look.)
Okay. So. Forgive me if I'm missing something really obvious here, but why the hell was Jack kidnapping the Sue? And why, once he'd kidnapped her, did he randomnly kiss her?
And for goodness sake! My first kiss was not magical, it was just plain wierd. I imagine that if it had taken place at gunpoint, it would have been even less magical, and would have progressed from wierd to revolting.
Oh, yeah. And this?
She put her arms on her waist and felt a pistol in her dress she had put in hours ago, and then she felt two bottles and pulled them out.I'm afraid to ask where in the dress she's storing this stuff, let alone how it fits. What does she have, like a Mary Poppins Dress or something? That can fit inexhaustible supplies in it ( ... )

Is also Jack's goddaughter. And true love.
I'm sorry, but I find that kinda uber-bizarre.

I don't think Jack would be messing around with a family member, no matter how distantly related (or not really related at all).
