Today was a pretty quiet day for the most part. My friend, Professor spent the night after the Super Bowl party, since he didn't want to make the drive back to his place by the time the party was over. A mostly quiet day at home yesterday was spent getting the house caught up to a higher level of cleanliness than that of a garbage dump. My laundry was over flowing and taking over the bathroom. Today Timmy is 6 years old.  He's entered that rough and tumble stage where every day is a new bruise, scrape or accident.  He's still very gentle and loving though.  He's doing well in Kindergarten this year.  He loves Cars (by Pixar), Hot Wheels, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Motorcycles, riding his scooter, and building with magnetics, blocks, ( Read more... )

The kids are on Spring Break this week.  So I have made a point of doing a few things with them to make it more entertaining and keep them away from the tv and computers at least for a while.
