Safely arrived in Paris, found hotel. Soon to venture forth for food and coffee.

I have arrived safely. Exhausted, wet (raining raining raining), and already having seen about 10 things for sale on the street that I must have, ranging from bags to shoes to dresses. I only bought an umbrella, a necessity. Thank goodness my luggage is waterproof.

I'm selling my old laptop, which is an awesome, awesome machine for web, productivity, and communications. It, unfortuantely, does not run Second Life, which is why I am selling it.

Today I have to give a training presentation to the company on the new software we'll be using come next Tuesday. Today I have to write even more documentation for said software. Today I have to work in time to do data clean up as well.

Today I woke up with a migraine.

At the end of the second day on the job, morale is high. While I took a pay cut to take this job, it provides me with a much higher quality of life-- or, it will if things even confinue like this. I have cause to believe it will get even better ( Read more... )

I got a job! A real one with benefits and everything. And it's in the career field I want to be in and with a small company and what seems to be a good environment and everything!
