So my mum stayed over last night. the idea was that i could sleep and mum would keep Faith asleep as long as possible, then i'd feed her and give her back to mum to burp and get back to sleep so that i could get a fairly decent nights sleep. it worked well at first, i went to bed around half 11 and mum managed to keep Faith asleep until half 3ish ( Read more... )

Its Soul Survivor soon (big Christian festival), i was gonna go last year but didn't have the money and so said i'd got his year, but what with the baby, it looks like i'm gonna have to postpone it for a couple more years at least, unless this time next year i've got the money and Spooner says he's ok looking after her for a few days. motherhood is so damned tiring. Faith, little darling, had me up til 5 this morning screaming. walking up and down with her didn't help, putting my finger in her mouth didn't help, rocking her didn't help, and she was too busy screaming to feed either and so went 7 hiours without feeding, which wasn't improving either of our moods. thank god for my ( Read more... )
