(no subject)
so its been a while since i posted. a few things have happened, namely we moved out and little Faith was born. gonna be a long post so shall put it under a
moved in on the 28th. spent days franically painting and cleaning and moving things in before the Faith's due date. we got it sorted pretty quickly, it looks really nice, have got some photos which i'll upload along with baby pics. But we needn't have bothered doing things so quickly because Faith was 12 days late anyway. She was born Sunday 13th at 1:20am. I arrived at the hospital at 12:15am and hey presto, 65 minutes later she was born. Mum said i deserve a slap from mothers worldwide for such an easy birth lol. She weighed 9lb 5oz so she was a big baby, but they say the bigger they are the easier it is to give birth, i suppose its coz they have more muscle and are stronger or whatever, i dunno. There was only time to put me on gas and air but i really didn't need anything else, i was so out of it, i barely remember anything, that stuffs great! lol the only way to describe it is to say it felt like being in a Tim Burton movie, it was so surreal. it barely hurt either, i was aware that it should have hurt and i felt the need to push, but apart from that i was just fucked. gives you harsh dry mouth though!
But now we're in our nice new home and everythings great. Faith had some trouble with trapped wind for the first few days but we got some stuff to help with that its got a lot better. She's as good as gold, she hardly ever cries unless she's hungry and even then its not wailing or screaming. Its just the trapped wind that makes her really scream the house down, when she's awake she just sort of stares at the world looking a little confused.
Anyway, i'll post some pictures now and hopefully it won't be too long before i post again.
This is Faiths room though its a little different now as we've put the cot in the space in the corner.

The bath, it has little fish and starfish and octopus' stuck round it, they were there when we moved in, they're so cute! lol
The garden viewed from the spare room with our very pathetic looking tree. these pics are actually a couple of weeks old and most of the leaves have now fallen of the tree so it looks even more pathetic now lol
the living room, french doors to the left and Spooner on the sofa playing the wii.

Peek-a-boo! ...i was bored, i was stuck in the hospital for 24 hours before they let me home with a sleepy newborn for company lol
