Came down with the stomach flu yesterday morning. Slept nearly all day. Feeling better today. My appetite's back and my stomach is happy there's food there again. Have zero energy, though. At least the aches have gone away. Hope you are all well. :)

Remember when I went to the dentist a last month and my bp was 105/56? Over the weekend, I checked my bp again. It was 127/75, heart rate = 70. Fyi, it was taken in the evening after having dinner and wandering about the grocery store.

One year ago tomorrow was the first screening of A Dog's Breakfast in L.A.  It was magic, baby!!!! :D

My entire weekend will be eaten up by 2 choir rehearsals and 2 concerts with the Northstate Symphony.

Friday: 4:30pm - 10:30pm 2 hour drive to Redding for a 2 hour choir rehearsal with the symphony, 2 hour drive home
