Well, that was a long appointment just to talk about everything and set up the shots. Apparently, there is no minimally-invasive laser surgery for fusions. The pain specialist said that the place in Tampa is a joke. This is in the same office as my present doctor. I see him on Friday morning. My first injection is on the 18th. Well, I haven't written since we got married. Right now I won't be able to write much, as I have a killer UTI...peeing razor blades. Never had this happen before. I have not written in a long time. I shouldn't be writing because I have only one eye to work with. I had laser surgery to reattach the retina in my left eye. It is somewhat painful, but not horrible. It's been almost four hours and still hurts. I have a washcloth over it which makes it feel somewhat better. I am sure this isn't helping ( Read more... )
