So this week celebrates 10 years of my having my LJ. I had this idea to mark the occasion with my version of the lost art of a mixtape...kinda. Why is it the only part of a song to get stuck in my head is the part that grates on my nerves? Right now I have the lines from Blue Scholars "Inkwell" stuck in my head.  1) Public Library Systems - Monday (actually all week) I’ve been on a “I need more music” kick. So I went to the public library’s website and put a hold on a bunch of CDs of bands I want to check out and compilation disks and such. Today one of my holds went through and I’m SO EXCITED to put the music on my computer & MP3 player and check it out. ( Read more... )
