This seasonal Brown Ale has pleasant malty caramel flavor with a lighter taste for a dark beer. This beer would go good with a good piece of steak or a comforting roast or stew on a cold winter night by the fire.

Nutty and not pale
Magic Hat Brewing Company --- #9 (Not Quite Pale Ale)
This brew was a bit of a surprise, It held a slight nuttiness that made the beer. It also tasted more like a wheat then a ale. Though the flavor definitely does not mix with other drinks, the combination of flavors turns sour and wrong.

Damn goblins have a trebuche
Wychwood Brewery-Hobgoblin
This is a dark English ale, which has a light fruity aroma hiding behind the hops. Flavor wise it has a typical dark ale taste, that does hold that subtle fruity-ness under the malt.
The only downside is it can take a soap taste depending on what other flavors are paired with it.

This is a dark Scottish Ale, with a slightly sweet and bitter taste, kind like burnt grapenuts. This brew would be something that I think I would drink if I liked dark beers, but being I really don’t like beer in general that’s not going to happen. This ale is what a pumpkin ale should be rich pumpkiny flavor with the right spices to make it taste light a swig of beer right after a bite of Granma’s pumpkin pie. It’s quite good. Dogfish and pumpkins????
Dogfish Head --- Punkin Ale
This brown ale is brewed with pumpkin, brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg. It has a subtle pumpkin and spice flavor which comes out best like most dark ales at room temperature. Cold the flavor is mostly bitter tastelessness with a slight bubble bath aftertaste.

wheat and pumpkins

Imported from Munich, this wheat beer is how a beer should be. Tasty. It has a good strong flavor, which can be lost in wheat beers. It goes well with burgers and fries, or snacks while watching the game.
With a 5.5% alc/vol it might sneak up on some, and is reasonably priced even at the sports bar.

This Belgium import wheat beer, has a bit going for it for people that don’t care for beer or like wheat beers. This beer is very light in color, we’re talking lighter then watered down apple juice light.
