On April 10th animekid, randonb and I attended Yuri's Night. This is a celebration of Yuri Gagarin's first flight into space. It is exciting and great to see American's finally celebrating the success of humankind rather than just Americans in space. On Saturday we had a a birthday celebration for Brehn. There was bike riding, playing at the park, eating yummy Mexican food, watching Transformers 2 and froyo. It was a full and fun day.

Today Brehn and I went to San Francisco for a field trip for one of my classes. We took the Caltrain to SF and walked to SF MOMA, getting there just in time. Brehn wasn't too into the experience but he was reasonably well behaved. Last Friday, animekid, Brehn and I met up with bootlessgauche, silvalen, crzfire, elimgarak, firehose, thejessicka and others at Underdogs. They have some crazy good tacos there and between 6-6:30pm they have $.50 margaritas (more like shots ( Read more... )

A few weeks ago Brehn and I went with audreystats and orbgasm to the Lexington Reservoir. The water level was so low that an old bridge from the 1920's was uncovered. We hung out and took pictures. I messed with most of the images quite a bit as the light was nearly gone when we arrived.
