On April 10th animekid, randonb and I attended Yuri's Night. This is a celebration of Yuri Gagarin's first flight into space. It is exciting and great to see American's finally celebrating the success of humankind rather than just Americans in space. Here is a huge pile of cat pictures from the past week. We moved from one apartment to another and the cats have had some fun with empty shelves, boxes, etc (and some unfun in the carriers)... heh.

Taking pictures of the cats playing turned into taking pictures of the cats playing with lasers turned into taking pictures of playing with lasers. These pictures are mostly random but I decided to post them anyways because they amuse me. I want to play with long exposure mixed with lights more. On Saturday we had a a birthday celebration for Brehn. There was bike riding, playing at the park, eating yummy Mexican food, watching Transformers 2 and froyo. It was a full and fun day.

Another assignment that I needed to do for my class involved emulating the Bertillon mug shots. The most complicated part was getting the pictures taken (which was only complicated because I'd forget when people were over).

On December 29th, Brehn, randonb and myself went towards Tahoe to spend some time in the snow. We stopped at Sugarbowl which ended up being a good choice even if it was insanely packed (everywhere seemed to be that).

The kids program I signed Brehn up for was really good.

The other night Brandon and I got Mongolion BBQ. It's not like I've not had it before but I took pictures anyway. Today we drove around. I got super car sick as is my way. Brandon said, "DAM!" a lot.
