Sitting at Orio al Serio, the airport near Bergamo in Italy. Left Rome yesterday, taking the night train to Milan, and now I've paid up to be able to sit in the VIP lounge. I want to travel SOOO badly right now.... If I haven't travelled in a while, I'm getting glimpses - quick glimpses - in my head, of places I've been, places I've had my sense wide open, places I've left my heart... I dreamt about Italy tonight. More specifically, Bergamo. When I woke up, I was so disappointed to discover I was in Norway, late for work, and it was pouring down outside. I'm not really complaining, because I really enjoy life in general, but the contrast to my dream was just too big. Beeeh.

First, I've had a wonderful, wonderful holiday. Truly wonderful! It was awesome to visit three so different countries in such a short time. It made the differences more obvious and I felt I got to experience the "typical" tourist places of each respective country, as well as getting a glimpse of the local life.

I've just returned from Italy, and I am officially in love with that country. WOW! I got to see different cities too; spent 1,5 day in Milan, 5 days in Rome and an evening in Bergamo.
