I am taking four finals. The three most difficult ones are within 24 hours of each other. Joy. But at least they will be over with by Tuesday afternoon! And Thursday I get to go home. I'm here! I'm in College Station with Daniel! I'm exhausted because my travels began at 6:00 this morning, but I'm so, so, SO happy. It's so wonderful to be with him. Well, actually, he's taking a test right now, as are two of his other roommates, so his roommate, JJ, and I are hanging out while I make dinner for everyone.

On Wednesday Zak rented a car and we drove to the Loire Valley to tour some palaces. We spent the night in Amboise after seeing the chateau there, as well as Leonardo da Vinci's home and tomb. I had a dream about squid and catfish last night. I hate having dreams with fish in them-- they're never fun. It all hearkens back to when I was 12 and I was cleaning my fish bowl, and the fish kept jumping out of the bowl I put them in temporarily. Totally freaked me out!
