Katie's upper right molar is out! This will make it 20 teeth, so hopefully the last time for a long time. She's been cutting it for weeks, and if the past is any indication, it will take her a few more to grow it out fully, but there is an end in sight!

Katie has completed her teeth plan for the first year. She now offically has all 16 teeth, which hopefully will give her a break until she turns two. And so that I don't have to write another post, she is 26 lb 2 oz, and 32 inches long. The pediatrician says that she is perfectly OK in every way shape or form. Last weeks teething wasn't for nothing. Katie only has one tooth left to grow this year, if she doesn't decide to go straight for the second year molars.

it seems that Katie would like to grow all of her teeth at once. On Friday she ran a fever, and on Saturday the pediatrician didn't find anything wrong with her, other than upcoming canine. On Sunday number 14, upper right cuspid made its appearance. So for the last week the little girl has been cranky as all get out. I sincerely hope that we get a ( Read more... )

Katies first canine (or upper left cuspid) has finally poked through. Poor little girl has been cranky, sickly, and crying at night for over a week now. She even got a large swollen lymph node. Hopefully it will get better now.
