1. Went to the dole office, which, due to things being organised by postcode rather than convenience, nearness or good public transport links, was a PITA to get to. The dole office gave me an envelope and told me to post it to Glasgow even though my Student Loans Deferment Application form said 'stamp by local benefits office.'
