Thanks to the organisers and all the volunteers (including me!) Everything ran smoothly from my perspective. The bad stuff was a lack of (booked) disabled assistance at Euston station, despite us being there on time. V and I had to rush for our train without assistance, which made me feel really stressed and knackered for the first part of BiCon. ( Read more... )

I'm back from BiCon, and I am tired and emotional (in the literal sense). So many good things. A few bad things (not for a public post). I'll write about it later, but I want a bit of a place-holder for new LJ friends to say hello in.

I'm sucking at packing today. So far I have got out my big rucksack and realised that I have a box of medication lying round *somewhere* but I don't know where. In a bit I'm going to Honour to buy a whip for my costume, and nip into an M&S somewhere to pick up a packet of socks. I wrote my list yesterday ( Read more... )

Well my outfit at the Bi Con Ball - Heroes and Villains of the Silver screen - went well. It was so much fun. There were *really* sexy people in really sexy outfits, and also people in funny outfits.
