I read this great, semi-twisted fic this week. Escape Hatch by Cypanache. It's April/Ben in Parks and Rec fandom, which is a really uncommon pairing there. I have pulled more ticks off my kids this summer than in their whole lives up till now. What is up with that? Disgusting! According to the internet, the last one doesn't carry Lyme disease (phew!) but does carry Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. So, woo, fun! Just thinking about their creepy-crawliness gives me chills. All I can think about this week is Parks and Recreation, but I don't have any coherent thoughts because it was the last week of school and Greg is out of town and my mother was visiting, so, yeah. Instead I'm just stumbling around LJ and Tumblr reading everyone else's thoughts and looking at picspam. Which isn't so bad, really.
