(no subject)
I have a confession to make. For a few years, I've been reading fic on LJ and not leaving feedback because I didn't want to link back to my poor stagnated journal.
Bad, I know. I apologize to the writers of all the great stuff I've read. Only I just recently started to comment again and realized I just can't leave my journal with a FIVE YEAR OLD post at the top. Sheesh.
I don't know how I just walked away like that, but I had started writing stories about my kids on a typepad blog for my family to read (it hasn't been updated in a year, btw) and then when I got on facebook I thought that would be the format to combine everything. But I was wrong.
Facebook is superficial and not satisfactory at all for a lot of the things I want to say.
I love TV. And I need to talk about it. My family and my facebook friends are not interested AT ALL in anything I have to say about the million TV shows I watch.
The final straw was when I only discovered a few days ago that Sarah Jane died and no one on facebook seemed to know what I was talking about. I mean, here I was wondering when the next series of The Sarah Jane Adventures was coming out and then I read what happened in Entertainment Weekly. I should have known sooner.
Okay, so anyway, I'm going to dust some things off over here and see what happens.
