Life observation from a 10-year-old: "Anything is awesome if you get to wear pajamas."
It was pajama day at school and then we went straight to a piano lesson. There's a piano recital this Thursday, so I have a stilted-piano version of the Scooby Doo theme song stuck on a constant loop in my head. That's fun.
The piano teacher used to be in a band and goes by the name "Jammin' Judy." We switched to her from a very proper teacher with a Baby Grand piano who lived in the same gated community as Carrie Underwood and Vince Young. Jammin' Judy has a dumpy upright in her bonus room on the other side of town but she's so much more fun. She also teaches drums, so, bonus.
Greg's out of town so tonight is Chinese takeout, laundry and catching up on Fringe and Doctor Who. (Except for takeout, pretty much the same as if he were here, tbh.) And I may have to watch the last two episodes of Parks and Rec again. For like the millionth time.
