Went back a second time to see one of Shakespeare's least known plays Coriolanus. Blogged about it here.Loved it just as much this time but realized that I understand the play better after the intermission than I do before it - I think it's because my ancient Roman politics is a little hazy.

This afternoon headed over to Hart House Theatre for a pre-show 'talk' on Hamlet before the 2pm performance of Shakespeare's most famous tragedy. It didn't disappoint with amazingly good acting in all roles. In a couple of spots I though Dan Mousseau as Hamlet was a bit over the top and fantastic in others. It's time for more National Theatre Live....this time it's Hamlet simulcast by Cineplex movie theatre. About 3.5 hours of it! The play was held at the Barbican Theatre in London, UK. I didn’t know what to expect from the musical Kinky Boots as I saw waiting for the curtain to rise. I’d seen the movie with Chiwetel Ejiofor and Joel Edgerton back in 2005 (10 years ago now eek!) but can’t say any of my other friends did besides Lady__Croft. We loved it then.
