Last weekend we saw snowflakes. This past Monday it was 60s. This past Tuesday it nearly hit 70. Wednesday it barely got to mid-30s. Thursday and Friday saw a foot-plus of snow being dumped in the snow belt (about 30 miles northeast of me). Today it was crisp but sunny out. This is the first weekend I think since June where I have had nothing concrete going on. I have desperately needed this weekend to just recharge. I got a new mattress on Friday, and I'm sure that helps too. When I get better sleep in my car or on the beat-up old recliner down here than in my own bed, that's a problem!
