Lots of good stuff has been happening around here, setting a good tone for 2012: Looks like I have a part-time tutoring gig at a middle school coming up, as soon as I pass the background check. I worked a one-shot job last night, at the registration table for a huge, international breast cancer industry conference. It was in the fancy Marriott downtown. Well, my Barnes and Noble interview seemed to go well, I thought. The guy interviewing me looked, sounded, and acted like woodchipfairy's brother Richie, so we got along nicely. I should have heard back from them by this point for a second interview, so I'm a bit worried.
