Anybody Home?
Hello, if there's anyone reading this. People just aren't on LJ at all anymore, so I'm keeping this short-ish.
Work is going pretty well overall, with only one majorly annoying co-worker. She is so going to get fired, because this chick acts like a whiny 12-year old and hits on everything that moves. Customers are dumb, but that's true everywhere. And both aoi_tsuki1 and I are getting overtime hours for more money (although the pressure to do overtime is overwhelming).
The San Japan anime convention this past weekend was great! I finally got a nice statue of Misato Katsuragi from Evangelion! It was cheap, because anime nerds are predominantly moe-pedophiles and pay out the nose for naked little girls.........Misato is in her 20s and clothed, so they were practically giving her away.
Lindsey and I also went to the Hentai-Fest late into the night, which was rowdy, raunchy, goofy fun. So many dick-splosions from the infinite-tentacle-penis-Hulk monster.
Also this weekend, we saw our families and got good food. It was my mom's birthday Friday, and we're still going through tasty desserts and leftovers.
The weekend before, I saw Batman--it's indescribably good on so many levels. Go see it. I don't even need to belabor it, because damn. I will say this, however: Brush up on your Batman Begins, because this is a sequel to both movies that came before it.
