This last week I went into the office 3 times, met people and felt better for it, got a sack of chritsmas treats from Ania in Poland, did 4 runs and 2 gym sessions, booked my flight for London, cleared all the hall cupboards, sorted more of the funeral, survived the news of the work re-org and went out with Kerry for a lovely meal last night ( Read more... )

This week has been a bit of a mixed bag. I worked from home all week and certainly had a couple of later starts, but didn't need to sleep at lunchtime like last week. Made progress on clearing old tasks, getting projects done. But several times it felt so hard to concentrate and my brain felt as though it were tramping through mud ( Read more... )
