Hiraeth & Flying visit to Mum....
It's hard to voice, but it's clear that Pauline Palmer is getting ready to leave us. Mum's been getting increasing frail the last months and has had a series of infections.
I made the decision today to get flights and get ready to go back and probably say Goodbye.... Making this decision was the easy part, actually going and saying goodbye not so much.
I recently saw this definition of the welsh word Hiraeth - this sums up how I feel.
Losing your parents definitely feels like losing your home....
