Spent a hunk of yesterday in the ER--acquired a urinary tract infection on Friday, thought I had it under control but unintentionally exacerbated it with soda on Sunday, and had intermittent but really severe abdominal cramps from Monday on. I finished up Thanksgiving weekend with a bug or a touch of food poisoning, resulting in a 48-hour total core dump and two missed days of work.
