This is a repost from an email I got from Subway Cinema - I highly, highly recommend the New York Asia Film Festival. It doesn't get nearly enough press, and you just can't see the films they show anywhere else! They really procure some absolute gems of Asian cinema. Tribeca disappointed me, but these guys won't! What is the best way to do the Tribeca Film Festival on a student budget? I have never been to a film festival and I just want to go for a day or two during my Spring break. I live in the city but budget and content wise what is the best way to go about it?
