I am having a bed delivered. I know outside of NYC the standard tip for this would be roughly $20. Is it the same for NYC or is it more?

I have some friends coming in from Philadelphia tomorrow for the gay pride something or other. I don’t know anything about it other than the obvious.

Can anyone tell me where it is being hosted and what time it begins?

i am having ikea furniture delivered tomorrow -- includes a bed frame/base/mattress, dresser, and desk. the normal delivery fee is $99 and i'm paying $155 due to extra charges because of the fact my apt is on the sixth floor of a walk-up.

do i tip the delivery guys if i'm already paying extra in delivery fees? if so, how much?
