This is me running again this morning, its a whole month today since I started using this athletics track, not used a wheelchair since Friday 8th February 2013.

I had started to throw everything up since Thursday last week, I went back through all my food journal and started to back track only handling one food or drink item at a time so I could pin point which one of them was making me sick. We just celebrated the first two months / eight weeks in our new home today, its been a real hive of activity since moving and now I've been mentally preparing for Christmas and actually purchased two items from the list so far so doing well but getting worried because its so close now for Lionel coming to stay, the tree going up and all the ( Read more... )

Yesterday we received the very sad news that after about eight months of being taken ill, Billy passed away a few days ago. I feel very sad not to have a single photograph of our dear friend, same birthday as me but 36 years older which made Billy 75 years and one month in age, but WOW! what an amazing person with such massive character.
