I've had blood tests recently - some of the results suggested contact with organic solvents. At this point in my life I don't use paint thinner or nail polish remover. I'm wondering if my contact has been through ingredients in things like cleaning products, deodorant, soap, shampoo etc. Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking at

There's some conflicting information regarding dry brushing the face. I understand for the body, it is important to dry brush it before you take a shower. However, I read that dry brushing your face daily must be after you wash.

Is that accurate?
