I've recently gone vegan and transitioning from a vegetarian diet where I ate lots of eggs and some cheese. But now going vegan I feel so much better. My skin is much clearer, I have gotten rid of bloating and water retention, I can feel the energy flow through my veins after I eat and I feel morally better.

I have been sick for the last 5 years. My stomach is constantly burning. Like my actual stomach area. Some times are worse than others. I also feel like I'm going to throw up most of the day. I'm moving house this winter and moving in with a friend. We're sharing a commitment to make the house as natural as possible, on an extremely limited budget. In my CSA box this week, I have four mini multi-colored corn on cobs that is meant to be used for popping corn. However, I'm unsure how to make it work. Does anyone here have experiences in shucking the kernels from the corn to make popcorn?

My aunt is going on the paleo diet while she's being treated for bone cancer. My mom and other aunt want to follow Dr. Fuhrman's diet guidelines while they're staying with her (they're all overweight and legitimately trying to lose weight anyway).
