Headed out birding before all the leaves finish coming out and after awhile I was at the border. Every time I'd slow down on the backroads to listen to a bird, a dozen blackflies would show up at the open window. I wrote in my journal a lot this morning. I was writing from my notebook, and transcribing it into my journal. I really like writing in the notebook, but I also like to have things in my journal, so it's all in one place, and indexed. I really like this program for that.

I got home to an empty house and got to work in the daylilies. I had to separate and label them before I could plant them. Separating them is hard work. I am dividing them into single or double fans, just so they have the best chance of growing large and healthy ( Read more... )
