I really need to stop rereading Pride and Prejudice. I found myself actually being able to look past the story this time and notice all of the HUGE mistakes the copy editor made for the edition I have. Dude, license REVOKED. I guess the 13th (14th? Maybe it is.) read is the "get nitpicky" read.

Movie day with Britt was quite fun, as usual! While she did not overly care for the movie (Julie & Julia) I liked it very much! Meryl Streep was sublime. My only MAJOR qualm was that you can see the boom mike in EVERY SINGLE SHOT and sometimes even the rod it was attached to. At points, it was nearly BOUNCING OFF OF THE ACTORS' HEADS. MY ALLERGIES ARE KILLING ME. There, I said it. Seriously, I feel like I step outside lately and it's just an open invitation to sneeze my brains out. I really hate pollen with a passion, and of course it's all over my car, I just took an Alavert though, so hopefully that helps. We shall see.
