Received some health news about a relative last week.

They had a health issue that required a hospital visit.

Will be calling them this week to wish them well.

The above has me triggered emotionally.

It just seems that My Little Family does not get to have many moments of happiness, without something else happening that ruins it.

Decline when you can, if for self-mental health you'd rather not attend a non-mandatory anything. If pressed for a why, just say "personal."

I wish there was a local support group that I knew of for "Parents with Special Needs Dependents."

As this year my special needs dependent became over 18yrs of age, and all that comes with now being over 18yrs of age.
