I have got to stop re-reading books I enjoyed fifteen years ago. I'm destroying the belief that I always had great taste, and that those books really were wondrous. :S

Picked what must have been the only beachable weekend of this entire summer to go down to Teh Pat. Saturday was absolutely gorgeous. The skies were completely blue. It was warm, but not too hot. It's been some time since I read a book from cover-to-cover in one go, but The Hunger Games was quite the page turner. It's devastatingly well written and even though I knew where it was going, it went there in a satisfying manner.
