I inked this today while I was donating platelets. It's a surprisingly good place to do artwork as long as I remember to pay attention to the aphresis machine from time to time.

In like a lion, out like a lamb... well, it seems March is starting as a very wet lion as it's pouring right now. Makes me want to buy a rain barrel for the backyard, like I wanted to do last year but the hubs made too much fun of the idea. Actually, a fairly chaotic place at the best of times but this week, it's especially so. Last night, I opened the back door and found myself face-to-face with a whirlwind of barn swallows. *L* The parents started flying lessons for their five offspring on Friday and they certainly seem to be quick studies.
