Dear Sheraton,
When you know that you're going to be hosting the biggest anime convention in the Southwest, wouldn't it be wise to make sure that your escalators and elevators are in good working order? Instead your escalators are nonfunctional and your elevators are glacially slow. I really didn't need to haul a heavy bag up three floors to the art show and I really didn't need the asthma attack that floored me once I got there. We're bringing a ridiculous amount of money into your hotel -- the least you could do is to take care of us.
