Note to self:

Enormous numbers of small lekythoi decorated with female heads were not found in raves in Camponia and Apulia.

The Ancient Greeks did not have raves.

Being one of those geeky kids who liked astronomy and planets and stars and stuff, I am devastated to learn that Pluto has been stripped of it's planetary status.

I was most saddened today when I opened my little box of Smarties. No longer are there any shiny blue Smarties, or nicely coloured green or brown Smarties. Instead we have nasty coloured Smarties and white Smarties, because apparently nobody likes using artificial colours any more ( Read more... )

Do I ever do anything but go away for the weekend?

Plus, my iPod is being a bitch. For some reason it hates all songs that I have actually legally paid for from iTunes, and although it says it has them all ready to play, really it thinks they don't exist.

I shall wrestle with it for a moment, and then get bored.

My room really needs cleaning.

I am resisting the urge to clean it.

But it is bothering me, like a small and persistant thought in the back of my head.

I had a lovely time at Crufts, and I'm so glad the Australian Shepherd won. It was a stunning dog, although I was rooting for the FlatCoat Retreiver to go through from Gundog.
