Have finally handed in the last essays of my second year. Just four exams to go and then I'm finished! I can't believe how fast this year has gone, it's a bit worrying that I only have a year to go.

I was most saddened today when I opened my little box of Smarties. No longer are there any shiny blue Smarties, or nicely coloured green or brown Smarties. Instead we have nasty coloured Smarties and white Smarties, because apparently nobody likes using artificial colours any more ( Read more... )

Have organised second pirate trip with different people, yay! Pirates! Again!

Need to be the organise-y one though, which is a bit complex for me. I'm going to look up times, and woebetide the Odeon if it lies to me again. I'd rather go Showcase, but we're going on a Wednesday so we can abuse the Orange Wednesdays joyousness.

Would you rather do a job because you love it or because it pays well? Am I truly stupid enough to think that I can get away with having a choice? Currently I refuse to even apply for a job that I would despise, and my choice of university degree is mainly based on love for the subject.
