I arrived to Lima today at 2 pm. The flight was pretty good. I slept the whole way without any pills. Sweet!

Bye bye South Africa.

Four more years of embarrassment and sadness.

I'm all done with summer here in Lima. I miss winter (minus the snow). At least i will go the beach this time.

In other news, i just confirmed that i do not like to wear boxers in the summer.

Thankfully my flight was a very easy one. I didn't sleep at all from Saturday to Sunday, and by the time i was in the plane at 7 am, i was ready to pass out. Not only that, but i took one of the Ambien pills that Jamie's mom gave me. I was awake for the take off and next thing i know it's "hello Bogota!" I just got off the phone with my brother in Lima.

A major earthquake struck Peru, more specifically, about 60 miles south of Lima. The prolonged earthquake was of a magnitude of 7.5, according to CNN.

Luckily, all my family is fine.

We made it to Cuzco this late afternoon after a 10 hour train ride. More on this later.
