Well, things are a little better. Bathroom scales are broken and I still think I might be too, but through some miracle I got a better job, and the side-effects of my anti-anxiety / anti-depressant are much milder now

Back up to 160 lbs! Shouldn't be suprised, not been eating healthy, work keep handing out sweets, Christmas meals and not getting to the gym in the bad weather. Sigh.
. . . .Ok, so I was doing alright. Eating ok, exercising enough. Until I tried to go clothes shopping yesterday. Note the used of 'tried' in that sentence
