These last couple of days felt like summer's last gasp. It must have really sucked to be a kid or a teacher in a school building without air conditioning. I hope that's the last of the hot weather.

After 3 years, by cell phone is finally starting to fall apart. The outer screen no longer works (it lights up, but it's just a blank background - no time or caller display) and it doesn't hold a charge as long as it used to. While the TV portion of the TV/VCR combo I bought 10 years ago still works fine, the VCR has finally decided not to even try any more.
