Soooo many things to talk about. Lets start with conventions... I think Anime North is kinda where I left off at since that's the point at which I became swamped with events.

Trying to work on my Katamari Cousin tonight... previously, I had done an awesome job (for me) of sewing an invisible zipper into the back of the costume - everything lined up perfectly. I've been working on my Katamari Damacy cousin costume at least a little every day since the 7th, determined to have her ready to debut at Con-G. Had to concede tonight that I won't have her ready. I have been feeling terribly creative lately - I don't know where it came from, but for the past month and a bit I have been excited about costumes again. So I am now Katamari-ing 1 000 000 roses. Oddly enough I'm enjoying the level. But then again, I'm only at 16 000 so far. We'll see.

I still feel like I'm in convention-mode. Waiting for photos and video from ad-astra, even if there were only a few to wait for this year. I looked into going to Toronto Trek Polaris... It looks like lots of fun, at ( Read more... )
