Con aftermath
So I am now Katamari-ing 1 000 000 roses. Oddly enough I'm enjoying the level. But then again, I'm only at 16 000 so far. We'll see.
I still feel like I'm in convention-mode. Waiting for photos and video from ad-astra, even if there were only a few to wait for this year. I looked into going to Toronto Trek Polaris... It looks like lots of fun, at least until I saw the registration fees and remembered why I haven't gone before. So basically it depends on my financial situation closer to July *sigh*
Also in the "good news/convention" file is that 1: I found my camera, or rather Chris found it while looking for his mp3 player - it had gotten "tidied up" by one of my housemates. Yeah, thanks a lot guys. Also, I am getting suspicious that said housemates are throwing away my canada post delivery slips instead of giving them to me. Which is really odd, considering they don't throw out any junk mail. Why am I suspicious? because of good news 2: my bodysuit for AN arrived - over two weeks ago. I kinda need that to start work on my costume! It happened with the last thing I ordered from eBay, too. I didn't know that these things had been waiting for me at the post office for weeks until I asked for the tracking numbers.
But what really counts is that it's here, so I can pick it up tomorrow and maybe just start the painting on the weekend - I am psyched ^_^
