To help with the shoulder/neck/arm pain that I've been having, along with large doses of ibuprofen and Naproxen, I picked up some Icy Hot PM patches to try.

Garr. My left shoulder and bicep ache like a sonofabitch, and I have a bruise on my left bicep about the size of a fist. No idea where it came from.

I think Sadie blew a tire on the walk tonight. Her driver's-side rear paw is... well, she's having some difficulty lifting it, and sometimes she stumbles because of it. Tonight she started limping.

We might take tomorrow night's walkies off.

Toothache has gotten worse. The only way I can maintain is to keep ice on my tooth, so laying down to get to sleep isn't exactly an option. I'm betting that a root canal is in my future.
