For those who don't watch LJ Maintenance, they have made a post showing a world map of the locations of IP addresses involved in the recent DDoS attacks.  It's very widespread.  Thankfully there aren't any in Australia!

I'm just experimenting here with a new layout.  I'm not sure how long it will stay - I suppose that'll depend on whether I get used to it!

So don't be surprised if it changes again soon!

Has anyone else not been receiving email notifications of LJ comments?

I'm glad I actually looked at my most recent post, otherwise I wouldn't have known that anyone had commented.

Something weird's going on here.  All of a sudden, my new journal layout has disappeared.  It still says "Flexible Squares", and "Icy Blue", but when I go to the tab to check the details, there are no options available.

I'm most annoyed.
Edit:  Well, it's back now...  That was weird. :)

As you may have noticed, I've had a bit of time on my hands!  I've been experimenting with different layouts and this particular theme still may not be my final choice.  It is a bit bright isn't it?

The main purpose for starting this LJ is to be able to comment in other journals without being labelled "Anonymous"!  Nevertheless, I may occasionally post here about what's happening in my life (which I suppose, was the original purpose of a Live Journal!).  Time will tell.
