I just had the oddest experience of this summer thus far. In other news: Family emergencies are not fun. But playing with my nephew is.

Also, I want a thunderstorm really badly.

So I could have been driving around jolly old Connecticut tomorrow, having a grand old time outside this house.

But instead we gave the road trip to fetch the mail for a family friend to someone else.
